Free wifi. Working a/c. Nice bed.
Terrible location, nowhere near the beach or the interesting part of Chaweng Beach. Walls paper thin (really !!!). Bathroom practically outside (had to jump through the window to get to it) !! Lock on the room was a padlock, like on a barn. Doors were made of glass so zero security anyway. Floors and walls just concrete, not even tiled. Couldn't wait to get out of there. I dare you to stay more than one night. Oh.. and a chorus of Frogs in the evening, and a couple of Cockerels in the morning just to add to the fun.

Cute bungalow and just a 10 minute walk to the beach and please don't forget to visit Mini restaurant 'thai & sea food' for a lovely dinner

Close to beach.
City center, party area is 3km. Bathroom is pure concrete.

Even the wifi was broken for 1.5day during our 2-days stay at this hotel, we still feel thankful to the owner. The hotel is on the back side of the noisy street, so it's quiet at night and can have a good sleep. It takes 5min to get to the beach, worthy for 700b per night with free wifi at room and hot shower. I think it's a good choice for a budget travel!
Water shower is not strong enough, not good as we had at koh nangyuan and koh tao
